TIFF

It's that time of year again; Toronto International Film Festival! Many stars crossed our border last week to take part in one of Canada's largest festivals, including, Brad Pit, Madonna, and Glenn Close, just to name a few.

As always, the red carpet was graced with some good, some bad, and some very ugly. First, let's take a look at the good:

Keira Knightley wore this gorgeous nude Elie Saab dress to a film premier last week. The lace, colour, and whimsical skirt gives this dress a youthful feel. However, it sets off it's innocent vibe with a daring open back. Matching nude pumps and minimal accessories were the perfect finishing touches to Keira's TIFF look.

And now for the not-so-good:

You  never know what to expect when Juliette Lewis makes an appearance on the red carpet. The quirky actress did not disappoint last week when she attended a film premier wearing this Farah Angstana creation. Where to start? Her rouched skirt is very 90's, and way too shinny. The top is alright, but is giving off a real dancer/ figure skater vibe. I understand her effort to add a pop of colour with the yellow clutch, but it doesn't look quite right. And the shoes just don't work with everything else.

Anyone agree or disagree with my thoughts?

  1. I saw Juliette Lewis at the Pyramid last year. After the show she approached me and whispered something in my ear.

What did she say? I'll never tell!!

  4. I know nothing about fashion. Nothing. I used to get upset at people who were into it. But now I have to admit I'm kind of into the whole looking good thing. I just don't know how. My girlfriend wishes I knew how.
