Whitney Houston
On the eve of music's biggest night, the industry lost one of their most influential people. Whitney Houston passed away Saturday in a Hollywood hotel room.
She was in town for the 54th Annual Grammy Awards. The show went on as planned, however it took on more of a somber tone, as artists payed tribute to Houston. Grammy's host, LL Cool J started off the night with a prayer for Whitney, and a few words in the fallen star's honour.
